Returns & Exchanges


Ribbons2U offers the highest quality products that are carefully inspected prior to shipment.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item, we will gladly do so within 30 days of you receiving the product.  Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is outlined below.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom printed ribbon and special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the shipment as validated by the carrier’s tracking information.
  • The items must be received by Ribbons2U before a refund or exchange can be issued.
  • Returned goods that are damaged in transit to Ribbons2U will be returned with the customer held responsible for the cost of shipping.

Return Procedure

To return a purchased item simply send the item along with a copy of your invoice to:

We recommend that you ship your return back to us by a traceable method.  If your package is lost and we cannot track the package back to us, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund, less the original shipping cost, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Where we have sent you a defective or damaged product we will promptly send you the replacement item using the same shipping method as your original purchase at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item as originally purchased please, call our Customer Service line at 866.296.0021
